Corporate Facilities Technician/Handyman - Palo Alto, CA

Job summary
Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems equipment and other components Oversee manage the maintenance operation and repair of all HVAC systems or coordinate with vendors for repairs which include associated equipment electrical distribution equipment plumbing systems building interior exterior repairs related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings Perform assigned facility inspections due diligence efforts reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy operations Manage monitor ticketing and work order systems utilizing CMMS technology Maintain relationships with vendors schedule manage support vendors working onsite Support onsite events setup execution reset of all event-related tasks Comply with safety procedures maintaining good housekeeping safety of work areas Recognize danger safety hazards propose methods eliminate them Maintain compliance State County City Ordinances Codes Laws Must willing able support after hours building-related activities required Support other tasks related success mission-critical business operations +
