Handle phone calls from patients who are seeking medical attention with compassion, good judgment and making decisions based on clinical and regulatory policies and protocols.

Educate patients on the phone who have questions about the services provided.
Completes Prior Authorizations.
Executes all provider orders as indicated, directs ordered testing to appropriate staff member, initiates appropriate follow up.
Must possess a New York State license and current registration for Licensed Practical Nursing
~Proficient computer skills with excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills
~ Ability to handle a busy office environment
