- Prepare and evaluate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, site-specific safety plans, price and track change orders, monitor job costs and project budget, and so on.
- Responsible for overseeing various projects with contract amounts ranging from $10,000 to one million. The total volume is around four million each year.
- Project coordination, scheduling, and buying. Order materials and negotiate price and terms.
- Proficiency with Procore as a project management tool is greatly desirable, as well as
- Experienced at reading and interpreting construction papers.
- Attention to detail and a strong dedication to excellence.
- Must be willing to work at a variety of job sites around the Willamette Valley, as well as our Salem headquarters.
- Oral and written communication abilities are essential.
- Must be able to work independently, make judgments, and complete all tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with project requirements.
- A minimum of five years of industry-specific experience is necessary.
