- Lead the marketing team to develop new business, including deposit and loan.
- Maintain established market presence and extensive network of outside referral sources for new
- Structure CRE loan, construction loan, trade finance, working capital line of credit and other
- Negotiate specific terms and conditions within parameters defined by the bank's credit policies
- Finalize loan agreements with prospects and customers and close sales.
- Contribute and provide input to loan decision process based on evaluation of credit risk and
- Mentor less experienced marketing/underwriting officers.
- Responsible for growth goals (loans, deposits, fees), both individually and assisting the team,
- Implement and hold team accountable for adherence to the bank's lending policy and procedure.
- Ensure quality control and efficient processes.
- Take a leadership role in handling internal and external audits and bank examinations to ensure
- Responsible for coordinating with head office for loan approval and act as the credit
