Job Title:
SOX Compliance Specialist
*Duration: 8 months contract, Full-Time
Document and/or update business processes and controls, to reflect current and accurate procedures.

Escalate potential issues and delays to prevent testing delays.
Assist process owners with remediation activities including status tracking of corrective actions and remediation date for timely testing.
Demonstrate clear and concise writing and verbal skills to communicate issues in simple terms to clients and team members.
Proficient in the use of computers and computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks, self-prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
CPA, CIA, CFE, PMP
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, data analytics, or IT/MIS.
