What You'll Do:

Drive Results:
Oversee daily operations including ordering, purchasing, receiving, and food preparation.
Manage and control food and beverage costs within accepted variance.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain company recipe and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Lead People:
Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior.
Provide clear instructions and coaching.
Interact with guests to build loyalty and address concerns.
Manage restaurant maintenance and staffing levels.

Qualifications:

2-4+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
Demonstrated stability in previous positions.
