    As a Financial Reporting Manager on the Accounting team, a typical day for you will include:
    Preparing timely and accurate financial statements
    Establishing and maintaining accounting policies in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
    Serving in a technical accounting advisory capacity
    Preparing, coordinating, reviewing and monitoring various reports related to debt covenant compliance and sponsor-required reporting
    Evaluating and implementing process improvements and internal controls to drive efficiency and ensure accuracy
    Leading the preparation and review of the audited financial statements and footnotes annually, including the assignment, review, tie-out, and approval of footnotes and supporting schedules

    (Required Qualifications)

    Experience:
    Combined 5+ years professional experience in corporate accounting/reporting and auditing/assurance

    Skills:
    Requires well-developed knowledge of external financial reporting procedures and disclosure requirements
    Must have strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply technical accounting guidance
    Proven technical accounting research skills along with policy evaluation and recommendations, as well as evaluation and implementation of new accounting guidance
    Demonstrated technical writing skills

    Education:
    Bachelor's in Accounting, MBA or Masters in Accounting preferred, CPA required
    Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in Irving, TX
