- 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient
- Affiliate Faculty teaching position with Indiana University Schoolof Medicine
- Well establishedclinical team of collaborative providers and interdisciplinary staff
- Preferred: Geriatrics Board Eligible or Certified; The American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) Certified Medical Direction (CMD)
- Interested in current fellows and practicing physicians
