Description

Job Title: MRI Technologist

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologists perform critical tasks in producing high-quality images of patients' internal structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain advanced MRI equipment, adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular maintenance checks.
Collaborate with medical professionals during MRI procedures, providing real-time imaging support for accurate positioning and optimal imaging quality.
Review and assess patient medical histories to determine appropriate imaging parameters.
Record and document all MRI scans and associated information in Computerized Health Information (CHL) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Graduate of a Radiology, Imaging, or related educational program.
Licenses and Certifications: ARRT (MR), MRI Technologist ARMRIT(MR) acceptable; BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross, or AHA Healthcare Provider.
