    This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduling Coordinator for a construction client of ours in Delray. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, communicating with Genral Contractors and scheduling appointments.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Experience with appointment scheduling
    • Administrative assistance skills
    • Proficient in Google Sheet
    • Bilingual (Spanish) required
