Job summary
Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as an Organizational Development Advisor at GDIT. As part of our Organizational Development (OD) team you will help build leadership and organizational capacity by supporting meaningful change engagement and development initiatives that align with GDIT's strategic priorities.
+Responsibilities
- Support change management efforts tied to organizational process and technology initiatives
- Develop change strategies that include stakeholder impact assessments communication plans training approaches adoption measures measure change adoption effectiveness program design facilitation co-design co-facilitate development programs workshops training sessions in-person hybrid virtual environments create innovative programs build leadership organizational capability design training materials job aids supporting resources assist organization assessments focus groups engagement efforts surface insights opportunities maintain accurate documentation records all programs initiatives account analysis qualitative quantitative data trends inform recommendations present ideas approaches recommendations leaders various levels prepare reports program outcomes impact guide future strategies manage multiple projects simultaneously strong organization attention detail proficiency data performance metrics interpersonal skills active listening rapport-building executive presence organizational savvy demonstrated ability work collaboratively diverse teams stakeholders levels business acumen sound judgment effectively support internal clients curious self-aware committed continuous learning growth certification Prosci recognized change management framework experience personality leadership assessments DiSC MBTI Hogan technical skills proficient Microsoft Office Suite location this is a hybrid position working at GDIT facility either Falls Church VA Herndon VA Gaithersburg MD must be comfortable working onsite days week minimum traveling offices needed+
