Job summary
This position reports to the Director of Athletics. This is a professional coaching position and allof the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and
regulations of affiliated national, regional, and state intercollegiate athletic associations,
NJCAA, and Hocking College.
The Flag Football Head Coach is responsible for supporting student-athletes, recruiting,
helping monitor student-athlete academic progress,scheduling games, managing travel
andoverseeing the discipline conduct image of the student athlete.
