    Client Relationship Manager

    The Role:

    As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth within the international private client sector. You will be entrusted with generating new relationships for the company by targeting existing and potential referral partners, while also collaborating with the leadership team to ensure an organized, focused strategy is developed and executed in expanding relationships with strategic H&CO Partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a structured communication plan to ensure consistent and meaningful interactions with firm partners and referral sources.
    • Implement strategic relationship-building initiatives to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance touchpoint effectiveness.
    • Measure and evaluate the impact of touchpoint strategies on partnership development and referral generation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in professional services.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with sound interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Suite.
