- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve students' speech and language skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Elementary & middle caseload around 30-40 students
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- 37.5 hours/week

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
