Job summary
CSPNJ is looking for an Outreach Worker to find and identify unsheltered homeless veterans through direct street outreach activities. The Outreach Worker will build relationships with veterans experiencing unsheltered homelessness, providing advocacy and assisting with connecting veterans to services and housing.- MUST provide a copy of High School Diploma or GED.
