Wireless Network Engineer

Our Technology Services client in Salem, NH is looking to hire a Network Engineer with a background in designing and implementing Aruba Networks solutions. Strong candidates for this position will have varied experience with CX switching, NAC, Aruba Central, and ClearPass. Applicants must be able to work onsite in Salem, NH 3 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers/sales teams to develop detailed understanding of business requirements/desired specifications for network solutions
Design, build, and implement high-performance wireless network solutions including access points, switching infrastructure, controllers, and management platforms
Configure and integrate ClearPass for network access control, policy management, and guest access
Oversee network management, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Aruba Central
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure that Aruba Networks solutions are implemented according to best practices and meet customer needs
Conduct research and maintain updated awareness with industry trends and advancements related to Aruba Networks technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) certification preferred
Minimum 3 years of Aruba Network experience including design, implementation, and integrations
Robust knowledge and experience with ClearPass
Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles required
Familiarity with other networking technologies a plus
Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and specifications
Keen attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering work of a consistently high caliber is essential
Must have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members
