Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Wayfinder to provide assistance to patients and visitors at the Watson Clinic. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communicate effectively with a range of people, and work independently as part of a team.

About the Role:

• You will meet and greet visitors, offering assistance with locating departments and accompanying them as needed.


• Provide guidance on car parking arrangements and give information regarding services such as toilets, café, shops etc.


• Assist with general inquiries and provide wheelchair support when required.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.


• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role. .
