    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    • Skills:
      • Proficient in Word, Excel, Quickbooks, and the ability to quickly learn other software.
      • Strong written and oral communication skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Strong analytical skills.
    • Personal Attributes:
      • Ability to be self-motivated and work collaboratively with the accounting team and other corporate departments.
    DUTIES:

    As a Property Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the monthly accounting process, ensuring financial accuracy and collaborating with various departments. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
    • Performing daily accounting details to ensure correct financial statements.
    • Collaborating with vendors, property managers, and other members of the accounting team.
    • Working on multiple projects and any other duties assigned.
