Kavaliro is seeking a Siding Estimator for a top construction firm in Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge and expertise in installing Hardie products to accurately estimate siding projects.
• Estimate costs and quantities of materials required for concrete, block, and frame construction projects.
• Utilize Bluebeam software for precise and detailed project estimating.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Evaluate project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, including materials, labor, and other project expenses.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in installing Hardie products.
• Proficiency in concrete, block, and frame estimating.
• Strong skills in Bluebeam software or similar estimating tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
