    Responsibilities

    What You Will Do:

    Under direct supervision of Civil Foreman, perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, tower foundations.
    • Experience preferred with core drills for shelter entry and drilling/setting concrete anchors
    • Civil construction, such as but not limited to; earth moving, equipment operation, retaining earth/water, concrete/asphalt, fencing, demolition, carpentry, roofing, and painting,
    • Electrical experience and grounding (cad-weld) is a bonus
    • Being able to read construction drawings is a bonus
    • Ability to work independently and as a team making sound decisions on behalf of the company.

    • Communicates needs, problems and questions to civil foreman

    Qualifications

    What You Will Need:
    • Medical and physical ability to perform duties of the position
    • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license, with a driving record that is within guidelines of the Driver's Insurability Agreement
    • Ability to communicate fluently with Team Members, Management Team and other employees
    • Ability to learn from various instruction methods, as well as self-study
    • Ability to read and understand general job-related documents
    • Ability to climb and work at elevated heights (rooftops and ladders)
