Requirements:

• Unrestricted Medical License in the state of practice.
• DEA Registration.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Basic Electronic Health Record (EHR) knowledge.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• At least 1 year of wound care experience.
• Wound Care Certification is preferred.
