- Meet and update stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions based on the audience.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and team member performance.
- Organize activities per the company's mission, standards, and goals.

Job Description The IT Shipboard Project Manager job has high accountability, often including multiple projects that may span or impact multiple functions.
The Project Manager job is part of the IT Shipboard Delivery team, which is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects.
The work also includes leading, collaborating, coaching team members, and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives.
