Available Part Time Schedule:
Saturday/Sunday, 8am - 4pm

Generations at Regency is a skilled-nursing community in Niles, Illinois, located on the banks of the Chicago River. We provide a home-like setting plus concierge-level services and amenities for seniors in need of long-term care or short-term rehabilitation. Learn more about our facility at
Responsibilities of the Full Time Activity Aide:
• The Activity Aide will be responsible for providing interactive and enjoyable activities for our residents
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing programs and events
• Play games and make crafts with mobile residents
• Visit bed residents on a one-to-one basis
• Participate in resident assessment and discharge planning
• May assist with resident mail delivery
Requirements
ofo the Full Time Activity Aide:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Event planning experience
- Two (2) years of experience in Long-Term Care with experience with Dementia patients preferred
- Must have basic computer skills
- Positive, energetic and engaging demeanor
- Polish speaking a huge plus
- High level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
