    Required Qualifications:
    Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
    Board Certified or Board Eligible

    in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine
    Valid, unrestricted TX license
