Responsibilities:
Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clientsCommunicate effectively with clients and client team membersPrepare Bank reconciliationsPrepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reportsPay client billsCredit Card expense analysis for proper codingUpdate performance registersResolve vendor issuesUpdate billing worksheetsProcess medical claimsQualifications:Bachelors degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)

Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and shift focus as neededStrong attention to detailMulti-taskerKnowledge of Quickbooks and/or Agilink, Datafaction a plusProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsWhat we offer:

For positions in California, the salary range is $70,000 $90,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
