    Opportunity for hybrid home/office work schedule

    Highly Qualified fast paced individual who can excel in performing the following Objectives & Responsibilities:


    • Oversee and be responsible for construction project administration


    • Practice and execute the Build Strategic Policies and Procedures


    • Support Project Manager and Superintendents


    • Organize, maintain and track daily activities and construction progress on Planner


    • Schedule owner and subcontractor weekly construction meetings


    • Organize weekly construction meeting agendas, send out 24 hour reminders, virtually attend meetings, take and publish meeting minutes


    • Assist with safety meeting agendas and schedules


    • Organize and process owner and subcontractor change orders and maintain logs


    • Organize and process RFI's and maintain logs


    • Organize and process project submittals


    • Organize close out documents


    • Assist Superintendent with project communication


    • File necessary communication, emails and project documents in an organized manner, consistent with the Build Strategic policies and procedures


    • Adhere to Build Strategic task timelines


    • Obtain and organize subcontractor certificates of insurance


    • Obtain and organize vendor W9 forms


    • Obtain and organize executed subcontracts


    • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate construction hours


    • Manage warranty service schedules, communication and documentation of results


    • Additional duties normally performed by a Project Administrator or as may be assigned by employer from time to time.

    General


    • Successfully co-ordinate, communicate and interact with all parties involved: Fellow employees, clients, sub-contractors, vendors, etc.


    • Maintain a strong focus on quality.


    • Uphold a high level of honesty and integrity


    • Participate in a paperless business

    Qualifications

    Proficient in the following programs:

    o Excel

    o Microsoft Outlook

    o Microsoft Project

    o Microsoft Word

    o Microsoft Planner

    o PDF manipulation software (Nitro)
