    Electrical Reliability Engineer


    Job Title:
    Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Manager

    Objective:

    The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support to management in establishing, implementing, and continually improving management systems in alignment with applicable standards and site procedures.

    Additionally, the position entails offering engineering solutions to enhance asset reliability within the Electrical & Instrumentation domain.


    Responsibilities:
    Ensure the achievement of Quality, Food Safety, Environmental Safety, Hygiene, and Energy Programs' objectives by adhering to company procedures.

    Establish and uphold a hygienic work environment to prevent product contamination or adulteration.

    Identify and communicate potential risks and improvement opportunities related to quality, safety, and environmental programs to management.

    Provide leadership in achieving compliance initiatives and promptly escalate concerns to appropriate supervision.

    Ensure accurate and timely acquisition of required permits for work activities.

    Conduct thorough job safety reviews prior to the commencement of work.

    Contribute to meeting Plant Reliability Goals by making recommendations based on interruption cause analysis.

    Lead Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) processes, documenting findings and action items for equipment RCFA's.


    Coordinate and lead review teams for Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.

    Assist in workforce development initiatives for Electrical & Instrumentation technicians.

    Develop preventive maintenance strategies for electrical infrastructure and manage projects related to obsolescence.

    Ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes in new project installations.

    Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Electrical and Instrument work team.


    Education/Skills/Experience:
    Industrial experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.

    Demonstrated experience in team management.

    Commitment to conducting business activities lawfully and ethically.

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.

    Close to 10 years of industry experience.
