The Manufacturing Program Chief Engineer leads a team in End-to-End Manufacturing Engineering Leadership of a Vehicle Line at Ford Motor Company.Responsibilities
- Drive Manufacturing Requirements into Vehicle Architecture Development Process
- Analyze Manufacturing Key Process Indicators (KPI's) and implement corrective actions to deliver Business Objectives
- Develop and Execute Strategies for improving Manufacturing Productivity and Quality/li>Drive adoption of New Technologies and Advanced Manufacturing methods
- Utilize Manufacturing Knowledge to Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures/li>Provide Team Leadership in addressing Technical Challenges /li>Collaborate with cross-functional activities (Product Development, Purchasing, Marketing, Studio and Assembly Plant) to ensure Quality of Manufacturability and Cost-Effective Production Methods./li>/ul>
