    Project Controls Analyst - Sacramento-(EPA0000RP) Your Impact:

    Our team is looking to add a Project Control Analyst to its team responsible for award winning projects. If you're looking for a challenge, consider joining our team where you will be a major contributor to the growth of exciting projects.

    As a key member of our Project Management Team, you'll perform client management / interfacing / updates / presentations at all levels of management. You'll partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost, risks and provide alternative strategies for mitigation / opportunities. Jacobs Engineering Group utilizes advanced Enterprise System platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence.

    You'll have the opportunity to make a huge impact. Specifically, we'll look for you to thoroughly understand the principles of cost control and estimating. You will proactively monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours for projects. Using your expertise, you'll create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify critical path. Additionally, there will be opportunities to develop and maintain productive cross-discipline relationships within the project team.

    Here's What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance/business or related field
  • 1-4 years of related experience
  • Experience with Forecasting, Accruals, and Cost reporting
  • Familiarity with SAP or other Financial software
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Must be local to the Oakland/Bay Area as will need to go to office as needed.

    Typical salary range for this position is $73,900 - $115,550 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
