- Be part of a dedicated team consisting of 6 OB/GYNs, a midwife, nurses, lactation consultant, and childbirth educators.
- Engage in clinic duties, rounds, and on-call responsibilities for 4-4.5 days per week. Currently, the on-call schedule involves 3 weekdays and 1 weekend per month.
- Participate in managing a considerable number of deliveries per year under the care of 4 OB physicians.
- Work at an office situated conveniently close to other women's healthcare facilities. Each physician has 1 office and 3 examination rooms, along with on-site amenities such as a lab, bone density testing, mammography, ultrasound services, and a stress testing and monitoring area.
- Access a recently opened state-of-the-art surgical center with 5 operating rooms (including 1 hybrid room) under the ownership of Quincy Medical Group.
- Provide inpatient care at Blessing Hospital, equipped with a DaVinci surgical robot and the capability to perform VBACs.
- Anticipate the opening of a new birth center under QMG's approval, expected to start operating in late 2024 or early 2025. Utilization of the birth center is optional.
- Enjoy a competitive compensation package exceeding the 75th percentile, with many physicians surpassing the 90th percentile. Additionally, benefit from a 10% sign-on bonus, relocation expense coverage, 4 weeks of vacation time in the first year (with subsequent allocations based on physician requirements as a shareholder), 6 holidays, 2 weeks for continuing medical education, a $2,500 CME stipend, paid license renewals, certifications, and registrations, a 401k plan (with full vesting upon enrollment) - featuring a 50% match for up to 6% personal contribution, as well as coverage for malpractice insurance and tail insurance (after a 15-year vesting upon shareholder status).
