Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations moves adds changes site safety programs implement monitor policies procedures maintenance programs ensure compliance corporate standards coordinate Security IT AV deliver site services provide AV support manage relationships communication contractors vendors resolve contract budget project schedule issues partner Procurement source negotiate manage vendor services accordance Risk & Procurement policies identify space needs participate lease negotiations assist space design build outs lead coordinate site projects events planning completion plan execute capital projects infrastructure upgrades equipment replacement space modifications oversee mailroom front desk operations management 3rdparty couriers packages print production interdepartmental overnight mail supervise mailroom activities sorting preparing processing metering pickup delivery maintain inventories supplies assign prioritize work tickets daily responsibilities help desk facilities administrative group meet staff review work requirements assignments develop maintain department operating capital project budgets plan budgetary strategies track variable operating expenses monitor budgets year control expenses identify variances report resolve issues evaluate document improve operational processes develop procedures productivity tracking methods maintain department information management systems periodic reviews continuous improvement serve backup facility Lakewood facilitate lease administration activities provide operational project support other corporate offices remote field sites respond requests advance initiatives Director Facilities responsibilities communicate clearly concisely verbal written collaborate effectively teams deal wide variety people tact courtesy professionalism take direction management focus attention details follow work rules established schedules successfully perform multiple tasks strict deadlines organize prioritize daily work quickly change direction fastpaced environment effectively communicate organization may required nontraditional hours assigned.
