    Job Summary

    This Registered Nurse position requires a minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in critical care. The successful candidate will provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to promote informed decision-making and facilitate smooth transitions throughout the care continuum
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress

    Requirements

    • Current RN licensure in the state of MA
    • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
    • Minimum one year of critical care experience; two years preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
