    Description

    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional patient care at our facility in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor patients' physical and mental health, including tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
    • Administer medications under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse, while tracking usage and effects.
    • Assist with IVs, vaccinations, and phlebotomies.
    • Review medical records and document patient intakes and health concerns.
    • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
    • Manage medical supplies and inventory.
    • Adhere to patient care plans and contribute to their implementation.
    • Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
    • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to report on patient progress and challenges.
    • Help patients with daily activities, including eating and mobility.

    Qualifications:

    • Current LPN license in the state of Maryland.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
