    Job Type: 6+ Contract

    Location:
    Michigan (Remote with may have 10-20 % travel at client place)


    Rate- $80/hr.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Business Analyst, you will drive efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing product requirements and data to provide business insight. You will be responsible for articulating key process flows to stakeholders, describing and manipulating data sets, sources, and structures, and gathering requirements and managing multiple inputs and priorities. As a team member, you will align business

    needs with the systems we offer and develop requirement specifications based on the discussions with our customers.

    Your collaboration


    • Serve as a subject-matter expert for Life Sciences Product, helping to sustain the current customer base.
    • Work with Product Management to document standard and edge-case user workflows, custom configurations and interfaces, and system functionality.
    • Work with engineering to document underlying workflows.
    • Write user stories and manage priorities with the engineering team.
    • Provide input into prioritization for multiple sprints.
    • Collaborate with Solutions Management and Product Management to define and execute product releases.
    • Help move interfaces under code control.
    • ssist in ideation for new functionality and interfaces as new customer requirements are identified.
    • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional team members and management.
    • ssist in developing user acceptance criteria and QA test plans.
    • Conduct data mapping and validation.
    Your competence


    • 3-7 years working with healthcare domain products.
    • Bachelor of Science degree preferably in a technical field (will consider other degrees depending on relevant experience), MBA or other advanced business degrees
    • Success with supporting software products
    • Experience with understanding the cross-dependencies between different software teams
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with customers and internal colleagues under stressful situations with scheduling limitations and conflicts
    • Position requires technical aptitude, a passion for users, analytical ability and the capacity for synthesizing disparate information into actionable plans
    • Relational database design and administration capabilities
