Job summary
We are seeking a Roofing Production Supervisor to join our team at Bone Dry Roofing. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of roofers and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing materials, communicating with customers, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick up materials with job folder in the morning and send address to roofing crew
- Contact homeowner with ETA ,
- Arrive at site and set up property protection,
Meet with homeowner to discuss specifics of job/verify materials,
Ensure crew safety equipment in place,
Supervise tear-off and clean up,
Pick up any extra materials the crew requires,
Verify all work is performed to Bone Dry Standard , - Install Counter flashing (We will train those with no experience)
- Help crew with final clean up
