    As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will work closely with clients, assessing their needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims representatives, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with commercial insurance clients, providing them with outstanding service and support.
    • Policy Administration: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
    • Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risks and exposures, recommending appropriate coverage options and limits.
    • Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, acting as a liaison between them and the claims department.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and new insurance products to better serve clients.

    Requirements
    • Prior experience in commercial lines insurance or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance products and coverages.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
    • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Valid insurance license(s) as required by state regulations.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
