- Implementing therapy sessions as prescribed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Documenting progress and data collection
- Collaborating with teachers and other school personnel
- Conducting functional assessments and creating behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Teaching social and communication skills
- Providing positive reinforcement strategies
- Modeling and training communication and social skills
- Communicating effectively and professionally with parents, peers, and supervisors
- Active RBT certification required
- Must have school experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow and implement individualized treatment plans
- Experience with data collection and progress monitoring
- Availability during the school day
