- Perform X-Rays/Scans, create molds, and take impressions for retainers
- Document patient progress through photography
- Maintain accurate oral health and treatment records
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment

- Prepare for procedures, set up instruments, and assist in keeping patients comfortable
- Report any concerns on patient progress to the Orthodontist
- Educate patients (and parents) on oral hygiene and braces care
- Learn and proficiently use EMR systems
- Coordinate scheduling with team and patients
- Assist in front office tasks when needed
- Adjust patient braces and bands as directed
- Accompany patients from waiting area to chair, engaging in conversation
- Effective and respectful communication with the Doctor and team

- Associate's Degree in a related field
- CPR Certification
