The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking an Information Technology Technician to provide technical support for its information technology systems and infrastructure.Under general supervision, the incumbent will troubleshoot hardware and software problems associated with computers and related equipment; install hardware equipment and software applications; perform scheduled maintenance; respond to user inquiries; provide technical assistance on computer systems; coordinate action by staff or outside vendors to resolve identified problems;
