- Managing several types of facilities in support of Morale, Well-being and Recreational activities.
- Providing on-going supervision to staff.
- Developing the budget for the health and recreation program; determining appropriate fees to charge for use of special facilities, planning for renovations, replacement of equipment, and additional services as appropriate.
- Conducting meetings with activity managers to make assignments and to review and discuss operations, special projects, long-and-short range plans, and other management considerations.
- Serving as a technical expert in Morale, Well-being and Recreation programs.
- Conducting surveys, gathering statistics and making changes in programs to meet the needs of participants.
- Establishing and maintaining communications to patrons that enhance the Morale, Well-being and Recreation programs.
