    Job Description:
    Execute Thermal Salesforce development roadmap
    Implement continuous improvements and adaptations in Salesforce aligning with the sales and business needs
    Collaborate with a team of established Salesforce professionals to drive projects and enhancements
    Maintain detailed knowledge of business current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective
    Provide first level of support for Thermal user functional issues. Be able to hands-on build base configurations across a multitude of Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and e-Commerce
    Provide reporting assistance, dashboards building
    Maintaining data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues
    Salesforce Major Release (Readiness) Review / Regression Testing
    Answer best practices, process and How To Questions, lead Salesforce trainings
    Collect Thermal user feedback and ideas for consideration, liaison with Technology
    Represent the Thermal business in new functionality demo sessions and testing cycles
    Attend Salesforce LIVE webinars, community events and assist in end-user training sessions as new features and functions are deployed
    Good marketing SFDC admin and deep expertise in administrating the lead,contract,Campaign and campaign member objects
