Job summary

We are looking for a Certified Family Partner to join our Peer Services team. The Certified Family Partner provides family partner services and education to parents/caregivers/legal authorized representatives (LARs) of youth via group facilitation, individual mentorship, community collaboration, and the provision of alternative activities.
