Position Summary:
Housekeepers at Willows play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and immaculate environment during their stay. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Room Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to a high standard, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
Facility Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain all spaces, including kitchen, offices, hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
Linen and Towel Care:
- Collect and sort soiled linens and towels.
Guest Supplies:
- Restock guest room amenities, such as toiletries, coffee, and refreshments.
Maintenance Reporting:
- Report any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms or public areas.
Lost and Found:
- Report any lost items found during cleaning to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Adherence to Procedures:
- Follow housekeeping procedures and guidelines to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate and communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other staff to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
