    Position Overview

    Join Voice Up Publishing as a Human Resources & Team Wellness Intern, working directly with the Founder to create and maintain a purpose-driven organizational culture.

    This role focuses on developing supportive onboarding processes and wellness initiatives that help team members thrive while pursuing their purpose in a safe, celebratory environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support new team member onboarding processes
    • Research HR best practices for remote teams
    • Develop team wellness initiatives
    • Create safe space protocols and guidelines
    • Document team celebrations and milestones
    • Participate in weekly Saturday afternoon collaborative sessions with our nationwide team of student leaders
    • Build team engagement resources
    • Foster inclusive community culture

    • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
    • Interest in human resources and organizational development
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
