We are recruiting for group home Assistant Managers inAberdeen, Edison, Manalapan, and Marlboro, NJ. The Assistant Manager trains and supervises staff and assists in assessments and medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a responsible attitude, and reliability. The ability to assist with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the manager's absence.

Job Requirements:

• An Associate's degree preferred
• A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.
• Experience working as a supervisor is preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities

Work Schedules:

Aberdeen (GH16) work schedule: Sun. 9 am-5 pm; Mon.-Wed. 2:30 pm-10:30 pm & Thurs. 12 pm-8 pm

Edison (GH12) work schedule: Sun. 9 am-5 pm; Mon.-Thurs. 2 pm-10 pm

Edison (GH 18) work schedule: Tues.-Fri. 2 pm-10 pm & Sat. 9 am-5 pm

Manalapan (GH4) work schedule: Sun. 9 am-5 pm; Mon.-Wed. 2 pm-10 pm & Thurs. 1 pm-9 pm

Marlboro (GH 15) work schedule: Tues.-Thurs. 3 pm - 11 pm, Fri 1 pm-9 pm & Sat 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Toms River (GH 11) work schedule: Tues. - Fri. 2 pm - 10pm & Sat 9 am - 5pm
