    Responsibilities

    A Day in the Life Includes:

    • Conducting behavioral assessments and creating individualized ABA therapy plans.
    • Supervising RBTs and fieldwork students to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
    • Providing effective guidance to parents and caregivers to help them foster essential skills in their children.
    • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including speech, occupational, and mental health professionals.
    • Tracking progress, writing comprehensive treatment plans, and making necessary adjustments based on clinical data.
    • Participating in clinical team meetings and ongoing learning cohorts to ensure continuous improvement.

    Skills & Qualifications

    To excel in this role, you should possess:

    • A Master's degree or higher in ABA, education, psychology, or a related field.
    • An active BCBA certification and relevant state licensure.
    • A strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, child-centered approaches.
    • The ability to mentor and supervise RBTs and clinical fellows effectively.
    • Comfort in a dynamic, center-based environment.
