- Supervising RBTs and fieldwork students to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
- Providing effective guidance to parents and caregivers to help them foster essential skills in their children.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including speech, occupational, and mental health professionals.
- Tracking progress, writing comprehensive treatment plans, and making necessary adjustments based on clinical data.
- Participating in clinical team meetings and ongoing learning cohorts to ensure continuous improvement.
- A Master's degree or higher in ABA, education, psychology, or a related field.
- An active BCBA certification and relevant state licensure.
- A strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, child-centered approaches.
- The ability to mentor and supervise RBTs and clinical fellows effectively.
