We are looking for anambitiousPR Directortoleadthe North American, LATAM & Caribbean regionat Ennismore.The position will play a vital role in the company,responsible forcreating thePRstrategy and plansfor all Ennismore brands, hotels and restaurantsacross the region.

Based inNew Yorkand reporting to theVP of North America and VP of LATAM & Caribbean,you will ensure all ourpropertiesand openings remain top of mind and highly respected by having killer market media and partnerconnections, considered opening strategies, and bold and engaging PR ideas that support Ennismore's mission to create the world's most innovative hospitality brands.

Job Description

What you\'ll do...

• Develop and leada PR strategy which enhances the reach and reputation ofEnnismore'shotels & restaurantsin theAmericas region,ensuringPR campaigns and resulting coverage supporteachbrandstory and growth ambitions.
• Directly support on-property PRor Marketingleads in theregionto ensure PR is continuous and supporting both rooms and F&B commercial needs.Close relationships with properties will be essential to ensure we are delivering strong coveragedriving talkability on an on-going basis.
• Direct and evaluate the property PR spend on agencies, mediaeventsand influencers – setting up reporting standards to ensure we are getting the best return on investment.
• Take ownership of launching newhotels& restaurantsin the Americasfrom a comms perspective, by researching and selecting new property PR agencies, delivering mediastrategiesand building strong partnerand influencer relations.
• ThePR Director will own allkeymedia& influencerrelations in the USmarket while also overseeing and coordinating the PR strategy across all countriesin the region. You will own andmaintainrelationships with key journalistsacross travel andF&B– this roleisn'tglobally supported by anagency for all brands, so relationships with press and influencers are paramount to ensure the brands are always top of mind.
• Deliver high-quality coverage that communicates the USPs of ourhotels andrestaurantsto differentiate ourselves from market competitors.Work closely with brand and marketing teams to ensure activations haveappropriate PRangles,partnersor narratives to achieve these goals.
• You will havethe responsibility forcuratingglobalPRstories forSLS, Delano, 21c andPark Royalensuring each brand continues to grow awareness.
• Ultimately, drive higher awareness for brands and individual propertiesand restaurantsthat leads to an increase in organic direct traffic toour ownwebsites and contributes to revenue goals.
• Seamlessly integrate PR with the overall brand and marketing strategies, ensuring businessobjectivesare always prioritized, and advise teams on how ideas can be elevated through PR.
• Work closely withBrand & Culture teamsfor thought-out influencer marketing strategies and brand partnerships across platforms.
• Work closely with our global corporate comms team to ensurecampaignsfor our brand position us asrespected and responsible and be able to manage any crisis comms that may arise.
• Provide insightful reporting for the leadership teamsstakeholders and on-property teams, through monthly reports and project wrap-ups to evaluate the success of projects.
• Add value to the brands through knowledge and sharing of travel trends, hospitality, and culture.

The starting base salary for this role is $125,000.
