    Job responsibilities:

    • Assume overall responsibility for the smooth functioning, management and operation of the shopping mall covering daily administration, human resources, finance, leasing and external relationship.
    • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and other related financial information including the preparation of regular management report on the properties under company's management.
    • Monitor financial issues of the property with full P/L responsibilities.
    • Oversee the leasing activities including contracts and ensure high occupancy and meet budget rent
    • Provide key inputs into development strategy, pricing and positioning as well as establishing and meeting annual financial targets
    • Oversee all projects tendering and planning and ensure quality of suppliers and contractors.
    • Monitor all asset management functions including leasing, marketing & promotion, property management, tenant relationship management and customer services.
    • Formulate strategic planning on mall positioning, trade mix, tenancy mix, rental budget and leasing strategies.
    • Maintain good working relationships with relevant Government departments and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Proactively increase the asset value of the property by minimizing vacancy rate, employing attractive marketing techniques and promotional incentives to maximize leasing revenue/tenant satisfaction

    Preferred requirement:

    • Degree in business management, real estates, property management, or related discipline with min 8 years experience.
    • Mall management experience with leasing background
    • Good network of tenants and Good contract of retailers
    • Prior involvement in preopening / AEI will be an advantage
    • Led team before, confident, good communication skills.
    • Familiar with commercial market trends
    • Familiar with lease contract, lease agreement, property management requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English
    • A strategic thinker with sound business acumen, resultoriented; selfmotivated, confident, outgoing with initiative and able to work independently and under pressure.
