    A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the Human Resources team.     What You'll Do:

    • Spearhead the management and implementation of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and Tools for your designated mill.
    • Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to tailor organizational HR policies to the mill's specific context, ensuring they're both adequate and well-understood by staff.
    • Conduct on-site employee training, facilitating the development and execution of suitable HR management responses, including plans and Standard Operating Procedures that align with the policy and standards.
    • Offer expert HR advice across all levels of Plymouth staff, leading the overall HR functions such as workforce planning, recruitment, staff administration management, and more for your designated mills.
    • Participate in departmental activities, aiming for continuous education, engagement in annual conferences, and research activities.

    What It Takes to Succeed:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory; 5+ years in Human Resources Management essential.
    • HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRM-SPC is a plus.
    • Multi-site HR management experience is highly regarded.
    • Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, with a generalist background.
    • Proficient with MS Office and experience with HRIS, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
