    We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.

    The Software Engineer, reporting to the MANGL Integrated Product Team (IPT), plays a crucial role in developing goals, objectives, and strategies to meet program software engineering requirements for the MANGL program products.

    The incumbent actively participates in defining future program software upgrades, reviews the performance of multiple software engineering efforts, and contributes to the overall success of the MANGL program.

    The primary focus is on software upgrades and validation/verification for the MANGL program, particularly in the area of emerging software applications provided by the contractor.

    Required Education
    :
    BS degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science or one of the following Engineering disciplines:
    Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or Computer Software is required.

    Required Experience
    :
    At least six (6) years of experience in an engineering position is required.

    Five (5) years of experience directly related to Naval Aviation systems and demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise is preferred.


    Desired Skills:
    Strong knowledge of emerging technology, software systems engineering, and program management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

    This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can contribute to the success of the MANGL program software upgrades and validation/verification efforts.

    The Software Engineer will play a key role in shaping the quality of software delivered by the MANGL program to the fleet.


    Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance .
